Ashley Speer - Intro
Hi my name is Ashley Speer. I am 18 years old and my hometown is Cassville, Missouri. I am very interested in art and the fashion industry. I am currently taking general education classes at OTC before I transfer to a university to major in Fashion Design and Marketing. I plan to open a store and have my own line of clothing and accessories sold there. To make this dream become a reality it will take much hard work and dedication, but I believe that with the help of God I can make this happen. To the left is a dress I designed for a competition in Denver, Colorado that I won first place in. After competing in this competition I knew that this career was something I definitely wanted to pursue. I am ready to finish my degree and start working towards my goal.
Fashion is not the only thing I am interested in though. I like to go new places and try new things. I love to zip line and parasail and keep my adrenaline running. In middle school, I learned Martial Arts for self-defense. I received my black belt in Martial Arts about two and a half years ago. I am very proud of this accomplishment in my life and hope that I will have more accomplishments to be proud of like this.
